Bill was my boyscout leader of troop 70. He was a good man and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with us young men. I have known the McNulty family for almost my whole life and send my deepest sorrow to lose such a good person. Rest Easy Bill in that great camp in the sky..Michael Kerens
