William “Bill” L. Crigger, 83, of Clinton, died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at his home. Services will be 10:30am, Friday, May 29, 2009 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Serving as pallbearers will be his Read Obituary
My prayers are with you all during this difficult time,Bill was such a neat guy,and he was so good to his family,I feel my son and grandbabies were blessed to have such a great man touch their lives....If there is anything I can do don't hesitate to call.
Our prayers are with Mr. Crigger and his family. They were such a happy couple and made our day when they came in to get new oxygen tanks. We enjoyed seeing him and his wife once a week. We will miss him greatly.

We have known Bill & Lou for years. They were very nice people, the whole family.
Uncle Bill were going to miss you dearly ill always remember when we were younger when we use to go camping and fishing at prophetstown etc. Uncle Bill your with our heavenly father now and there is no more pain. You may rest and not to worry about aunt lou she will be taken care of. There are no words I can offer you at this time to lessen your heartache. I don't think any of us are ever prepared for the deep sense of loss we feel when we lose a parent.
It was apparent in the few visits that I made to your father's home that he did a wonderful job with his children. It ovious in the closeness all of you seemed to share with him during his time of illness.

We wish we could be there with you at this time of loss. I'll always have fond memories of Uncle Bill and that warm, friendly face and distinctive voice of his. It seems that nobody was ever a stranger to him. Folders. . .I can remember the school folders - it was always fun to visit Aunt Lou and Uncle Bill on a summer trip to Iowa, climb up their spiral staircase and get new folders for school.

Uncle Bill- words cannot express how I feel about you being gone. I find comfort in knowing you are not suffering anymore. Im glad I got to spend time with you in your last couple weeks. I will never forget the camping trips to Erie and coming to your house to get hooked up with folders for school. I will remember our last talk we had forever. You are truly a special man:)
