Wesley D. Melchin, 62, of Clinton passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at MercyOne - Clinton. Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with the cremation and private burial services will be in Wethersfield Read Obituary
Wesley was such a good man and Christian. He was very knowledgeable about Scripture and was so committed to church. He served on many Boards and was our church custodian. As the office manager, I worked closely with Wes for several years. I will miss our conversations and our church will miss his presence.

Wesley kept our church clean and always had ideas for improving things. He was a calm and friendly presence whenever I stopped in at St. John. Wes usually had insightful comments or questions during Bible studies and you could tell he knew the Scriptures and loved his Savior. Wes will be truly missed.
Wes was such a wonderful man. I have enjoyed working with him at St. John’s over the past several years. He was such a constant hard worker but always had time to stop and visit. He loved to come up with ways to make things better for those around him. He always had such a positive attitude. His presence will be greatly missed.
