I just want to extend to you my deepest sympathies for your loss. When Vivian worked for the City Assessor, their office was right next to the Treasurer's Office so I got to see her quite frequently. Even after she left she would make a point to stop in our office just to say hello. I'll always remember her smile and how kind she was.
