Steven M. Henschel, 52, of Clinton died Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Cremation rites have been accorded. Private services will be held at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Ho Read Obituary
It brings great sadness to read of the passing of such a "sweet" High School buddy. The years have passed quickly but memories last forever. I will always remember Steve for his kindness, his shy sweet smile and his rosy red cheeks.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
We had rode bikes together in the early 90's, for about 2 summers. Steve was having some problems. He had just gotten an apartment. A friend of mine, and I, gave Steve some things he needed for that apartment.
Steve was always friendly and kind, even when life was not so great. It was an honor to have known him. He has a new life now, and it will last forever.

Steve was a classmate, but one who went all the way back to Hawthorne elementary. Even more so, he was a neighbor back in those days. Seeing his picture reminds me of his dad as well... Steve was sweet, friendly, earnest--just a nice guy who I remember having a fun chat with when I ran into him last years ago. My condolences to his family.-- Stacy
