Sherry was the very best neighbor and friend to our family for many years. She will be missed. May the Emerson family find comfort in knowing she is now at peace and her love for you will always be in your hearts
Ron and Family,
Sorry to hear about Sherry’s passing. We had some fun times together when you guys and the rest of the family came to Story City to visit Lorene over the years. You’re in our thoughts and prayers. Roy & Carol Shafer
Ron and family, hearing of Sherry's passing makes me sad. She always had a big smile and something nice to say. Sending up prayers for strength and comfort.

Ron, sadden to hear about Sherry. It's been so many years since we have seen each other I find it difficult to write because of my guilt on not keeping up with family. Sherry was always the best of all of us Gisel cousins. Always reached out, loved family, and always, and always so positive. Please pass my condolences onto the rest of the family, especially Dick and MaryAnn. Take care.
Jim and Jenny Gisel

Ron, I think I first met Sherry through Maxine Bartels, that was more than 50 years ago.
I always enjoyed talking to Sherry, she was a great gal and will be greatly missed by her family, friends, church and community.

I met Sherry through the Women's Club and always tried to sit next to her at the luncheons because she was so uplifting and happy all the time. She will be missed.
