Joan and I wish to offer all most sincere sorrow for your loss. Russ was a true friend and we fail at words to express our feelings. Russ was one who stepped forward when our familiy moved to Camanche and made us feel welcomed and at home. Throughout our contacts with Russ and you, his family, we grew to love his friendly and cordial way of working and living together. Whether we were together in Kiwanis, or at Immanual Lutheran, Russ and Grace were substitute parents for us. We wish you Godspeed and warm memories as you gather to celebrate his life.
