worked with Ruby at Huebners in teeds grove and went to school with Janelle was in same grade could see her farm from our place in Teeds Grove so sad when janelle was killed Ruby was such a sweet lady sorry for your loss

Hello, I just heard of Ruby's passing and wanted to day I'm so sorry for your loss. My mother shared a room with Ruby last summer. If my mother was sleeping I would spend time talking to Ruby and hold her hand when she was going to sleep at night. She new me by name and asked for me. I even went to visit her after my mother passed away. She was a very special lady. I was so saddened to hear of her passing.

I will always remember Aunt Ruby, mostly for her great cooking, but also for her loving kindness. I wish we had all stayed closer and I am sorry for your loss.

I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Ruby and your family. I remember melting into her hugs and feeling safe. I always looked forward to the Mattke reunions and spending time on the farm and Teeds Grove! I still have Janelle's picture on a shelf and know she has been one of my angels through challenges in my life.
