I worked in 2 elementary schools where i saw Rich when he was the pick up/ drop off driver. We always made conversation and he was gentle soul, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. RIP Rich, say hi to Linda for me
Rich became my friend 8 1/2 years ago. The conversations and phone calls w were always wonderful. He made me smile and laugh. I will miss him very much. I am so grateful that he is no longer in pain. I already miss you Rich.
Rich and I shared the BatCave at the old Roosevelt Building. We would talk baseball and all sorts of things when both in office together. He will be missed! He always would help out when needed. The Lord be with the family in this time of sorrow.
