I am sorry to hear of his passing. I do have a really old memory to share . . . from so long ago. We gave him a ride to his girlfriend's . . . He had a lamp to give to her. I think - like a floor lamp ? It was hard to get in our old station wagon. I think the person that he wanted to impress most was her mother ? Must have worked. Your mother married him. You're Dad always impressed me by what he would do - to make the best of things. I remember riding his three wheel bicycle in Utah. Many more memories. . . . We once played baseball at eagle point park. He was the pitcher. How could that be ? But true ! I hit a line drive - hit him smack in the chest ! Nocked the wind out of him and he dropped like a rock ! I still feel bad that that happened ! How could he be the pitcher ? But he put it right in there ! Feel free to contact me at any time.
