My condolences to Tom, Riss, Jen, Shane, & family. Your mom introduced Isaah to Barney many years ago at her daycare which gave me hundreds of hours of watching that purple dinosaur! Lol. Always a pleasure seeing her.
Tom, Shane, Jen and the rest of the Kramer family, I am so incredibly sorry to hear of this news, and it truly breaks my heart . I still to this day truly believe that many many years ago , we were blessed with a handful of guardian angels that helped us pave the pathway for Brooke to be where she is today when we had so many telling us her future was uncertain. You (and of course “Papa Tom” ❤️) were and will forever be remembered as one of them ! ❤️. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for opening your home and heart all those years ago! You will never be forgotten !!!
First of all my heart breaks for your entire family. Linda was such a great person and took Brooke in as an infant. I'm so thankful. Through years we had lost touch a bit. But when we connected we always caught up on things. She always asked about about Brooke.
