Julie R. Dolan's Obituary
Julie R. Dolan, 65, of Clinton, passed away, Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House – Bettendorf surrounded by her family.
Funeral Services will be 1:00pm Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00pm Thursday at the funeral home. Following the visitation the body will be cremated.
Julie Rae Rockwood was born on February 25, 1953 in Clinton, the daughter of George and Hazel (Clark) Rockwood. She was a 1971 graduate of Mt. St. Clare. Later went to Clinton Community College to obtain her RN and recently her Masters in Nursing at Clark College – Dubuque. She married Stephen Dolan, they later divorced.
Julie is survived by her children: Joshua (Danette Miller) Dolan of Clinton; Stephanie (Chad Dawson) Dolan of Clinton, and Kyle (Stephanie Mak) Dolan of Leander, Texas; her grandchildren: Pieghton Doland and Dakota Dawson; her siblings: Doug Foley of Austin, Texas, Rosemary Rockwood of Austin, Texas, and Lana Rockwood of Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials can be made to the family for future contribution to a cancer fund.
