Joyce A. Henschel's Obituary
Joyce A. Henschel, 87, of Clinton, passed away Thursday at the Alverno.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00am to the service time at the funeral home.
Joyce A. Lowry was born on September 15, 1933, in New Ulm, Minnesota, to Frank and Alice (Loose) Lowry. She was a graduate of Central High School in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. She married Erwin “Buss” Henschel on September 4, 1954 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin; he died December 25, 2005.
Joyce was a homemaker and also was a CNA in various nursing and personal homes.
Survivors include two grandsons: Curt Henschel of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Chris (Zenab) Henschel of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 3 great-grandchildren: Zayn, Noah, and Layla ;one sister, Maureen Longcor of West Salem, Wisconsin; a sister-in-law Phyllis Retzlaff of Mankato, Minnesota; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sons: Steven and Warren; two brothers, and two sisters.
