Dave, Teri and family ~
You are in our prayers.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, friend. I have many happy memories of working with Jack at the Law Enforcement Center. He was truly a kind and gentle man and will be missed by many.
Capt Jack and I go back to the time MARV BRUHN hired him. I was just a kid in jr high and hung around the old sheriff's office an jail. I remember helping him move from an apartment on 11th ave so. to one on 5th ave so.
I feel really bad that I could not make it to the visitation today but I am ill today.
To Ellen, Marshall, Sharon, Lori, David ,I am so sorry for your loss Please accept my sincere sympathies. As a childhood friend of Marshall, I was at your home many times and remember the values you put forth in your children and kindness you always showed to me. Even as an adult, you remembered me and always spoke. You will be fondly remembered by many. May our Lord bless you and your family in the days and weeks ahead.
Dear Jack:
You were the kindest, best husband a woman could ever have, or hope to have. You will be missed. I love you forever and you went too soon.
Love,your wife;
Nainse
Teri, our condolences and thoughts are with you, Dave, and your entire family.
Dad,
This day always comes, and one is never quite prepared for it. Our family is spread out in age from those being born in 1957 through 1973, but all of us will miss you terribly. You were a loving, super-observant, well-bred city gentleman who met a strong, loving, quick minded Irish country girl and formed (as your cousin Lindy termed it), "the greatest long lasting love affair" from the minute you met Mom.
Thank you for the lessons in life, the committment to your family, your perfect timing in when, how and where to give advice to all your children, and your love. As you loved us, know you were and are loved. You took time with all your grandchildren as well, when you were with them.
Enjoy the miracle of heaven, and show us the best fishing holes, jazz clubs, and golf courses when we get there a little later...
Love forever,
Marshall
Dad, I love you very much and I was so lucky to have come home to spend this time with you. I know that you loved me very much also. You were a wonderful Father and teacher while I was growing up. I remember all of our fun times at the cabin and all the laughter you shared. Your smile was infectious. I know I have to move on without you here but you are in my heart forever!
Dear Uncle Jack and Family,
We loved visiting you at your home a few summers back. It was wonderful to see Gracie and the Twins play with their great aunt and Uncle in the same house we spent many holidays as kids. Uncle Jack came out to the kitchen and asked us if we wanted to get a barrel of Chicken from KFC like he always did and I knew I was with Family again. Only Uncle Jack can get away with calling me "Susie". I even miss when he would tell me to "Pipe Down!" at get togethers as a child as I was rather noisy at Christmas and Thanksgiving. I loved the way he interacted with Great Grandma, always with respect calling her "MoM" with love in his voice. May the Morgan home always be my second family for generations to come. Jack better be watching the Yankees game in NYC with me from up there! RIP.
Love,
Susan (Susie) O'Leary-Imaizumi
