Jim Pearson had a direct and positive impact on two generations of Camanche students. His calm cordial demeanor and steady leadership were a role models for both his undergraduates and teachers alike. Jim’s contributions to the community were immeasurable and his legacy will be remembered for years to come, for this we are grateful.

Stacey and family, we are so sorry for your loss and offer our prayers and condolences. Jim was one of the first people we met when we moved to Camanche and will always think fondly of his friendly and kind personality.
Brent, Lisa & Family, We are saddened for your loss. May your memories bring joy and God's promise of the resurrection give hope and comfort. Love, Jon & Kris Dohrmann
The memory of this wonderful human being will always be in my heart. His early morning runs in the Halls of Camanche High, with his fellow teachers will be my fondest memory of him. During my morning runs, during wrestling season, I would fear this thundering herd everytime I would round a corner. God Bless you, My Principal, rest in peace, with your wonderful wife, Brian, and Susan.
Mr. Pearson was a really good person. He will be greatly missed by many former students and friends in the community. His family are in our thoughts and prayers.
