Paula,Kevin and all,
You know how much your mom and dad meant to me and all of my family, they were like our other mom and dad. It 's sad to think that another chapter in or lives has closed. All the great memories of coming to the house in Clinton every summer on the train, riding in the dome car!! Making birthday cakes for your mom that flopped and drinking all the Pepsi and eating all the ice cream we wanted!!!
I'll miss the visits to Clinton and 442 4th Ave. So.

Dear Paula, Kevin & children,
We want to send you our sympathy on the loss of your Dad. Your parents were involved in the same church related organizations as we were since the 1960s. So we have been to your house many times for meetings and parties. After your Mom became ill we came just to visit.
We didn't know your Dad was ill. We would see Jim at 4 PM mass when we occasionally went at that time. he was always smiley amd fun to talk to. It was amazing that he would ride his motorcycle around town. Didn't he build Purple martin bird houses?
We know that they were always so happy when you came to visit o when they drove to your house to see you. of course, they werer typical parents and grand-parents and bragged about all of your accomplishments and the fubby things the kids would say or do. We so much ebjoyed attending their 50th anniversary party.
We visited your Mom at the Alverno a few days before she died and your dad was with her too.
You are in our prayers to help you get through this sad time in your journey of life.

I have wonderful childhood memories of visiting Uncle Jim, Auntie Ann and Paula in their home in Clinton. Sleeping on the front porch, going down into the basement to look at all the interesting things Uncle Jim had down there, playing in the park near their home, going to the community pool, etc. I have wonderful memories of their visits to our home throughout the years and the places that we went with them. Uncle Jim was great with all of us kids as he was with all children. He always tried to show us a good time. We always felt the love that was in his heart toward all of us. I will miss Uncle Jim very much but he will always be in my heart just as all of our family members who have gone before us are. Paula, our hearts are with you and your family. just know that we share your loss deeply, but we also share the joy of knowing that we will see your Dad again.
