Virtus, This is rough news and I want you to know Lois and I are thinking of you. Greg emailed me today to let me know. I didn't get to know Iris well but came to really enjoy her at all the CHS reunions. I knew she had been ill for a couple of years but had always hoped for the best. She seemed perfect for you and you for her. Please accept our condolences. Hope to see you soon. Jim

Sorry to hear about the passing of Iris. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers.
Harlo, don't know if you remember this, but I remember one afternoon, I was at your house and Iris was putting some steaks on the grill. She told us to keep an eye on them. Of course we didn't pay any attention and went goofing off somewhere. We heard Iris scream and we came running to see the grill totally engulfed in flames. Obviously Iris did not find as much humor in the incident as we did. I think that we did eat (well, tried to eat) the steaks. The steaks were harder than a brick bat, but we kept laughing as we tried to gnaw through the charcoaled carcass.
Again, sorry for your loss.
