It is so sad for me to think of my sewing leader, mentor, and inspiration for my own sewing business to have died. Helma really was special to me. I think of her hours of help she gave us in preparing for county fair projects. If we had not done it right we had to rip it out. That perfectionism carried over as I did have my own sewing business out of my home as well. Her memory will live on with me!
My last memory was being at her 90th birthday party in the suit she made for herself! She looked wonderful!
My sympathy to all of you that are family.
