Dr. L. Greg Lauz, 68 of Fulton, Illinois died Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at his home in Fulton. Visitation will be Thursday, January 31, 2008 from 3pm-9pm and Friday February 1, 2008 from 3pm- 9pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zorn Read Obituary
Dr. Lauz was my doctor as a child. He was also my kids Dr. He is really gonna be missed. We will never find another Dr. as good as he was. He was more than a Dr. to my kids and me he was more of a friend. My heart goes out to his family and friends. R.I.P. DR. LAUZ
Thank_you Dr. Lauz for all the years of taken care of us when we were sick. We knew after seeing you , you would always help us feel better. We also could wait to get our stickers from you. We love You and were are going to miss you. Austin, Amber, Adam and Alexandra.
It was 37 years ago in June that my 2 lb 7 oz daughter was born.I believe she was Dr. Lauz's 1st premie in Clinton. Without Dr. Lauz I know she never would of made it.He went beyond the norm for her. I thank him every birthday she has. He had also taken care of my other daughter and grandchildren.
Rest in peace Dr Lauz and thank you once again...

WE SEND OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY'S.YOU COULD'NT FIND A BETTER PEDIATRICIAN THAN HE WAS. HE SAVED OUR SON'S LIFE!TRAVIS WAS ONLY 5 YRS. OLD WHEN HE CAME DOWN WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPOTTED FEVER.DR. LAUZ HAD THE GREAT SENSE TO TREAT HIM IMMEDIATLY,BECAUSE HE RECOGNIZED HIS SYMPTOMS.OUR SON TRAVIS WAS THE FIRST CASE IN THIS AREA TO CONTRACT THIS ILLNESS.

During the 6 years I worked at Medical Associates I would see Dr. Lauz quite often.Although his days were always quite busy he found time to chat a bit and always said hello. He respected and loved the individuals who worked for him. He was a wonderful physician,friend and human being and he will be sorely missed by his peers.
29 years ago, at Bluff Medical Center, I remember Dr. Lauz starting my daughters 2 month exam by kissing her bare belly and when she grabbed his nose he kissed the palm of her hand and talked baby sweet nothings to her. She smiled and wiggled. He loved his children and made their parents feel like they knew what they were doing when they were fearful.

Dr. Lauz will truly be missed. Our family depended on him and he was always there. He was an excellent pediatrician and a caring person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
My family and I would like to express our sympathy to the family of Dr. Lauz. He was an amazing person. He was my doctor as a child, and when I had my own children he was their doctor. He was a doctor who really cared for the children, he treated them as if they were his own. In many ways I guess they were. We would much rather have him here, but now we have an amazing angel watching over our children from the heavens. Rest in peace Dr. Lauz, we will miss you very much.
