I knew him when the family Iived in the trailer park outside of Follets. He was a decent guy and had a good connection with his family. It was a surprise to me that he passed on. I didn't know of his son Mark's passing either. My sincere condolences to Sandy and the rest of the family. Kim Archer
Charlie was my Great Uncle and although I didn't have much interaction with him, I know he was loved by his family and friends. He will be missed greatly.
