Carol L. Hass, 72, of Cordova, Illinois, formerly of Clinton, died Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa. A Memorial Visitation will be Friday, May 23, 2008 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Cli Read Obituary
Dear Family of Carol Hass, I have known Carol many years. We would see each other with a group of gals for coffee and chit-chat. We stopped by at the gas pumps at Cordova and received a happy hello!! One time is was starting to storm so she invited all to come in the house. I think Tom and Bev Havens were with us that day.
She put up a good fight with the cancer and I do not know her illness now but know God will welcome her with open arms.

To the Hass family, there are many stories that could be told of the kindness and patience of Carol to the new boaters. Many she took under her wing to let them know the in's and out's of boating etiguette. She was always quick to give praise when our efforts paid off. Thanks for the memories. Mary
