My thought and prayers are with the Reinhart family in this time of mourning. I had the pleasure of working with Bill on an off for over 15 years when he would come to the East Dubuque Ammonia Plant while working for J.L. Allen. What a wonderful man he was to work with. I know that his family must have been extremely proud of him. I was proud to have known and worked with him.
