William A. Hinsch's Obituary
William Arthur “Bill” Hinsch, 74, of Camanche, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025 at his home in Camanche. Bill will be cremated and he and his wife will be buried together 2:00pm, Friday February 28, 2025 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Camanche. Snell-Zornig assisted the family with arrangements. Bill was born September 30, 1950 in McGregor, Iowa, the son of William Henry and Darlene (Polas) Hinsch. He was a 1969 graduate of Clinton High School and graduated from United Electronics in Des Moines. Bill married Sandra Dee Hayton August 26, 1978 in Clinton, she died June 17, 2017.
He was employed at Carlon Lamson & Sessions for more than 30years, retiring in 2014.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Camanche enjoyed woodworking and was a Cubs and Bears fan.
Survivors include his siblings: Bobby (Annette) Hinsch of Camanche, IA; Tommy (Joni) of Albany, IL; Mary Hinsch of Tulsa, OK and Judy Holy of Clinton, IA and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Barbie Hinsch.
