I met him through my affiliation through Clinton Riverboat Days. He stopped by my store once and a while and i realized he was our oldest living commodor going into the year of 2009. I put his name up for nomination and it went unanimous through the whole board. I loved talking to Wilfred about the history of Clinton. He was a very interesting mad. Please accept my sympathy. He will surely be missed.
