Walter F. Bell, 72, of Aurora, Illinois, formerly of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at his home in Aurora.

Walter Fulghum Bell was born on November 4, 1945 in Clinton, the son of James and Maxine (Potter) Bell. He served in the United States Navy and attended several colleges receiving multiple degrees and a PHD in library science. He was a reference librarian.
He is survived by several cousins.
