I will always remember the caring friendship of Vic and Marian in our neighborhood and especially as my 'back door' neighbors. I remember many trips through the back yard fence to visit with some very loving and caring people. Vic will be missed.

Vic was so dedicated to the Church of the Visitation that he helped build it with his friends. He continued to support the community in so many ways. He will be greatly missed. Dave & Mary Meyer
Vic was my boyfriend :) Marion didn't mind. He was my Grandpa DeLoe's best friend & to us family. He will be missed. He loved all his kids and I feel like I know his grandkids from how he would keep us updated on them. He was so proud of his family, each and every one of you. I'm so sorry for your loss. You truly lost one of the best men I have ever known.
I have so many memories of Vic, always of him helping us out. He helped Dad build the deck on my first home after my divorce, he helped us remodel our home and was always my dad's only brother. God has received a wonderful giving angel, I
