Tom Hatheway's Obituary
Tom L. Hatheway, 66, of Clinton, IA died Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus in Clinton. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, September 19, 2008 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Cremation will follow the visitation.
Tom was born June 9, 1942 in Sabula, IA, the son of Arthur and Doris (Babcock) Hatheway. He married Audrey Witt on June 9, 1978 in Charlotte, IA.
Tom was self employed as a truck driver his entire life, retiring earlier this year. He was also involved with Tom and Audrey?s Antiques in Clinton.
He is survived by his wife Audrey, one son, Jake (Megan) Hatheway of Yorkville, IL; two brothers, James (Evajean) Mangler of Sabula, IA, and Bill (Mitsue) Mangler of Davenport, IA; two sisters, Rita Clark of Sabula, IA, and Jeanne (Henry) Pemberton of Bellevue, IA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made to the Charlotte First Responders or to the Goose Lake Lions Club.
