Teresa was born August 15, 1961 in Arkansas the daughter of Arvel and Betty Sue Lambert Culp.
Teresa was a homemaker.
Survivors includer her sons, Chris Lambert of Clinton and Brandon Lambert; two granddaughters; sister, Michele Burks of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and former husband, Daniel Arey of Clinton, with whom she resided.
