Tadeusz Pawlik, 83, of Clinton, passed away, Friday, February 6, 2015
A Memorial Service will be 5:00pm, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be from 2:00pm until the service hour at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting his obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
Tadeusz Pawlik was born June 15, 1931 in Kutno, Poland, the son of Stephan and Anna (Kozni) Pawlik. He immigrated to this country at a young age by himself and didn't know a soul. He became a U.S. citizen November 4th, 1970. The people who know and love him today is a testament to his time spent in this country. Tad married Arlene Dietrick on March 23, 1957 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Tad worked at DuPont for many years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of the former Riverside Presbyterian Church in Clinton.
Tad is survived by his wife: Arlene of Clinton; three daughters: Christina Pawlik of Camanche, Teresa (Tim) Trettin of Camanche, and Amy Pawlik of Blaine, Minnesota; two sons: Steve Pawlik of Pleasant Valley, Iowa and Brian (Sharon) Pawlik of Clinton; Grandson Brandon Pawlik with 3 great grandsons, Grandson Jeffrey (Jessica) Pawlik with great granddaughter Hailie and great grandson Xavier, Grandson Daniel (Cara) Vosatka with great granddaughter Rachel and great grandson Jacob, Nathaniel (Stacy) Knox with great granddaughters Jharia and Londyn, Grandson Larry (Chelsea) Robb with great grandson Aidan, Grandson Lorenzo Robb with a great granddaughter on the way, Granddaughter Joy, Grandson Steve (Mia) Coon with great grandson Steven and great granddaughters Schyler, Kia, Josie, Piper and Stanleigh, Granddaughter Stacy( Larry) Walston with great grandsons Nathan and Jared and great granddaughters Jaydan, and Natalie. There are many more loved ones who have been blessed with knowing and loving Tad throughout his lifetime.
Tad is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and one sister.
