Sue A. Sager's Obituary
Sue A. Sager, 70, of Clinton, passed away, Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House – Bettendorf.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery – Camanche. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home.
Sue Ann Frederickson was born on October 11, 1948 in Clinton, the daughter of Bill and Marian Zoe (Brown) Frederickson. She was a 1967 graduate of Clinton High School.
Sue was a hostess/manager at various restaurants including Rastrelli’s and the Frontier for many years. She was also employed at Bridgeview and retired in 2015. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she served on several committees, and volunteered with Mercy Auxillary. She was an avid Chicago White Sox fan, but most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending their events.
Sue is survived by her children: Tiffiny Sager of Camanche, Jennifer (Ben) Damgaard of Camanche, Daniel Sager of Camanche, and Jeff Sager of Clinton; 7 grandchildren: Andrew, Brady, Ben, Jack, Isabella, Madeline, and Charlie; her sister: Vicki (David) Neeley of Clinton, and her brother: Larry (Linda) Frederickson of Vale, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter-in-law: Kelly Sager, and a nephew: Rob Neeley.
Memorials can be made to the family to provide local cancer assistance.
