Steve A. Ledbetter , 54, of Clinton, died Monday, January 4, 2010 in his home. Steve was born on October 9, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Opal Joe and Patricia (Napier) Ledbetter. He married Jennifer Hansen on June 19, 1999 in St. Charles, Missouri. He was raised and educated in the St. Louis, Missouri and Southern California areas. He last job was for a car parts manufacturer in O’Fallon, Missouri. He is survived by his wife; his wife’s parents: L. Dale and Evelyn Hanson of Morrison, Illinois; his mother: Patricia Broadway of Pinion Hills, California; three sisters: Debbie Ledbetter of Sacramento, California, Susan Ledbetter of Upland, California, and Patti Vrendenburg of Pinion Hills, California; three brothers: Joe Ledbetter of Missouri, Paul Ledbeteer of Moreno Valley, California, and David Ledbetter of Oregon. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother Jim, his step-father, Norville Broadway, and also his favorite four-legged friend, Amy.
