Sheila N. McKinley, 74, of Camanche passed away, Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at MercyOne – Clinton.
Private Graveside Services will be held. The Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
Sheila Norene Dennis was born on March 10, 1949 in Clinton; the daughter of Hiley and Ann (Clark) Dennis. She was a 1967 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Donald McKinley on September 2, 1967 in Clinton.
Sheila was employed with Swiss Colony for many years. She was also employed with Bonds-Walgreens and Montgomery Wards.
Sheila was a member of the United Methodist Church – Clinton. She loved to ride horses and was a member of the Clinton Horsemens Association. She also enjoyed synchronized swimming.
Sheila is survived by her husband: Donald of Camanche; two daughters: Stacey (Joseph) Miele of Clinton and Jacey McKinley of Camanche; grandchildren: Cole, Corbin, and Jayden Miele; her mother: Anna Dennis of Clinton; a sister: Sherry (Dr. Donald) Yanda of Maquoketa; and two brothers: Donald Dennis of Boise, Idaho, and James (Christine) Dennis of Clinton and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, her son: Donnie, and a sister: Cathy.
