Sharon Rimmer's Obituary
Sharon L Rimmer, 63, of Clinton died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Mercy Living Center South in Clinton. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, January 8, 2010 at the Church of the Open Door. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the Church of the Open Door. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Sharon L. Hall was born on August 13, 1946 in Fond du Lac, WI, the daughter of Robert and Dorothy (Robinson) Hall. She married Matthew James Rimmer on February 13, 1982 in Find du Lac, WI. She had been employed with International Paper until her retirement, and also worked for Nielsen’s Clearing House. She was a member of the Church of the Open Door. She is survived by her husband Matthew of Clinton; 2 daughters: Kathryn (Don) Boyd of Malone, WI, and Michelle Abhold of Fond du Lac, WI; one step daughter, Michelle Rimmer of St. Paul, MN; one step son, Tom (Vee) Rimmer of St. Paul, MN; one grandson; 6 step grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters; one brother, Robert Hall of Camby, OR; one sister, Joyce Hills of North Fond du Lac, WI; one brother in law, Jim Whalen of Randolph, WI, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, Kathryn and Doris, one brother, John, one grandson, Donnie Boyd, one sister in law Doty, and one brother in law, Ken. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice.
