Sandra "Sandi" Sills' Obituary
Sandra Sills, 72, of Clinton passed away Friday, March 6, 2026 at Fieldstone – DeWitt, Iowa.
A Memorial Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 4:00-6:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. A short service will conclude the visitation at 6:00pm.
Sandra Grey Harmon was born on November 3, 1953 in Burlington, North Carolina, the daughter of Samuel and Peggy (Layton) Harmon Sr. She was a 1972 graduate of Clinton High School. She married George Sills, Jr. on December 1, 1974 in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Sandi has been involved in the Clinton community for many years through her work at Frontier as the banquet manager, and as a realtor. After retirement she volunteered in community services in many capacities.
Sandi loved traveling and spending time at the beach, having visited many beaches along the east coast, gulf coast and in Mexico and Jamaica.
Sandi is survived by husband George, furry daughter “Pumpkin”, brother Sam Harmon and wife Cyndi Harmon, brother Jeff Harmon and wife Julie Harmon, sister-in-law Marty Burns of North Carolina, and extended Harmon family in North Carolina. Also many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews all of who she loved very dearly. Sandi is also survived by a very special group of “Sisters” that she loved very much. Sandi was preceded in death by her parents Sam and Peggy Harmon and sister Sheree DeWulf.

She will be very much missed by all who’s lives she has touched, but her spirit will carry on.
