Sandra K. Bousman's Obituary
Sandra K. Bousman, 79, of Clinton passed away Monday, September 30, 2024 at Select Specialty Hospital-Quad Cities.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 am, Monday, October 7, 2024 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clinton. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Bousman, Alex Otto, Ed Stenerson, John Marcum, Steve Diesch and Rick Petersen. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Traver, Justin Thoms and Merritt Dann. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Sandra Kae Fuller was born February 10, 1945 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Vernetta (Neubauar) Fuller. She attended Clinton High School. She married Vernon “Butch” Bousman and together they had one son. Sandy worked for Woolworths, Northwest Fabrics, U-Pump and then Farm & Fleet for 12 years until she retired in 2015. She had a love for children and babysat hundreds of kids in her home over the years. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, she enjoyed being outdoors while camping and fishing. She loved playing bingo and bowling but mostly she loved spending time with her family.
Sandy is survived by her son Troy (Brenda) Bousman of Fulton; three grandchildren: Joshua (Brook Byrd-Venales) Bousman, Kaelee (Edmund) Stenerson and Sierra (Alex) Otto; step grandchildren: Nathan (Roxi Kustes) Traver and Amanda (Justin) Thoms; five great grandchildren: Keagan, Parker, Aspen, Remi and Oliver; step-great grandchildren: Adalyn, Alex, Adam, Nick, Paige and Evie; and ex-daughter-in-law: Margo Bousman of Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother and sister-in-law: Frank and Jan Fuller, grandson Matt Huffman and special friends: Fred and Marilyn Schultheis.
