Ruthie has been a dear friend since kindergarten at Franklin School, Class of 1943 classmate, and remained a wonderful friend, along with Phil, through the years. She was warm, caring, friendly, and helpful, and meant so much to so many people. Ruthie had a cheerful and congenial smile for everyone, and will be missed greatly.
