Russell Houser's Obituary
Russell E. Houser, 74, of Clinton, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026, at his home.
Private Family Graveside Services will be held at the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. The Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
Russell Ernest Houser was born on November 13, 1951, in Clinton, the son of Russell and Doris (Dwire) Houser. He was a 1971 graduate of Clinton High School. He married Kristal Oldag-Kaczinski on December 24, 2022, in Savanna, Illinois.
Russell was employed with International Paper and retired from ADM after 41 years as a supervisor. He enjoyed camping, his three schnauzers: Stella, Lacy, and Maggie, spending time with his family and friends, going for rides along the river, traveling to Florida during the winter, and to the Black Hills in South Dakota. He enjoyed gardening and following NASCAR and the Chicago Cubs.
Russell is survived by his wife: Kristal Kaczinski-Houser of Clinton; his daughter: Kimberly Noble of Camanche; a step-son: Josh (Lindsey) Kaczinkski of Wyoming, Iowa; granddaughter: Hattie Noble, step-grandson: Kaston Kaczinski; a sister: Julie (Harold) Black of Carbon Cliff, Illinois, brother: Raymond (Kathy) Houser of Willis, Texas, and his mother-in-law: Joan Oldag of Preston, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother: Reed.
