Roy L. Beasley, 78, of Clinton, passed away, Sunday, December 28, 2014 at his home in Clinton.

Roy Leon Beasley was born on November 20, 1936 in Porterville, California the son of Arley and Helen (Wheaton) Beasley. He served in the United States Navy from 1954-1958. He married Janice Lambert on December 20, 1986; she died July 19, 2001.
Roy was a truck driver his entire career with Certified Grocers in Southern California.
Roy enjoyed golf and enjoyed watching football especially the Rams.
Roy is survived his daughter: Julie (Chris) Holland of Clinton; two sons: Jon Simms and Joe (Kim) Simms of California; his step-daughter: Linda Moyer of Clinton; three grandchildren: Kristie Holland, Travis Holland, and Jeromy Simms and 5 step-grandchildren.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
