I first met Rosemary in 1975 when I became an Avon representative. She was our "idol". Nobody could do what she did, at least not then. I saw her occasionally until they moved to Sac City. Talked to her once after that. Had I known where they lived, I would have written her. She was a sweet lady. I have thought of her often over the last couple years, wondering where they went. I am so sorry to hear of Paul's death too. My mom and I would see them often at Wendy's during lunch. He was a fine gentleman too. They both came to my open houses for Avon in the past. This year, as I finally hang up my business of 44 years, I think of that wonderful mentor Rosemary was. And Jan, I'm so sorry I couldn't see you in person. Miss you. We moved to Camanche 3 years ago, so it's been awhile. God bless you all.

Camping trips with Grandma and Grandpa Earl were the best! We'd go grocery shopping and pick out mint chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, M & M's, s'mores fixings, and campfire pizza fixings, and soda! We'd have a big junk food fest, enjoy the campfire, and play Spite and Malice (a card game) a lot.
