Romain F. Hicks, 81, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at MercyOne, Clinton. Snell-Zornig assisted the family with cremation. Services and military honors will be conducted in Sioux City, Iowa. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Mapleton, Iowa.
