Jan and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Bob was such a wonderful man and has now joined Bud and Larry...maybe there is a Hardee's in Heaven. HIs friendship meant so much to Bud and I treasure the memories of times we all were together. Love and prayers from Houston.

Barbara and I are at a loss for words to properly convey our extreme sadness at Bob's passing. We had the best of times when were.to infrequently, together. The times together at our home at Okoboji in particular stand out. Bob was a real mano=manoand cherished as a friend as you are,Jan. If it were not for my surgery Monday we would be on our way to Clinton. Politically correct did not fit Bob's M O and had honest opinions that were well thought out and to the point. His business acumen remarkable and sought after by us and his advice was freely given. Our world is not the same without Bob in it. Vaya Con Dios our good friend. We've known the Wede family for many years. Having all the Wede children in school at Northeast, it was a pleasure to see them grow into adulthood. Bob was a mentor to me at the YMCA! We had many talks about many subjects over the years. Those talks meant the world to me. I will miss his wisdom in many subjects. Jean and Ed Hupfer
Bob and his brother were my heroes when I was a small girl attending Longfellow School kindergarten. Everyday when I would walk to school, there were two mean brothers who used to torment and terrorize me. Somehow, Bob and his brother became aware of this and would escort me and protect me from the mean boys. Soon, my walk to school became pleasant and carefree. Never forgot that! Jan and girls, your Bob was a real hero and you can be proud. So sorry about your loss. Carol Wolfe Rader
