Robert L. Hallmark, 58, of DeWitt, passed away, Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at MercyOne – Clinton.
Graveside Services will be 11:00am, Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday evening from 4:00-7:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory.
Robert Lee Hallmark was born on October 24, 1964 in Clinton; the son of Robert and Patricia (Harris) Hallmark. He married Lois Ahrens Welch on May 23, 2005 in their front yard in DeWitt.
Rob was currently employed with Rock Rentals in Low Moor. He was a forklift driver most of his working career.
Rob enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to music. He loved tinkering in his garage and fishing.
Rob is survived by his wife: Lois of DeWitt; five children: Jennifer (Alex) Coan of Chicago, Emily Hallmark of Clinton, Jason (Faye) Ahrens of Rock Island, Anthony (Molly) Welch of Wheatland, and Adam (Ashley) Welch of Wheatland; 16 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson; his father: Robert (Cindy) Hallmark of Moline; his mother: Trish Harris of Clinton, a sister: Alexandra (Steve) Brain of Virginia, and a niece: Autumn. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
