Robert D. Brown's Obituary
Robert D. Brown, 88, of Camanche passed away Monday, February 9th 2026 at MercyOne Medical Center-Clinton.
The family is planning a service for him in Kansas at a later date. Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is honored to serve the Brown family.
Robert Dean Brown was born January 19, 1938 in Aline, Oklahoma, the son of Leo Winfield and Wanita (Arthur) Brown. He owned and operated his own Engineering company and then most recently worked at ADM in Clinton. He was automotive enthusiast, who enjoyed the driving and customization of high-performance vehicles.
He is survived by his two children: Dean (Annette) Brown of Bakersfield, California and Nadine (Simon) Blake of New Orleans, Louisiana; four grandchildren: Lee Carter, Oliver (Jacqueline) Brown, Megan (Andrew) Green and Chelsey (Max) Barroso; numerous great grandchildren; siblings: Marjorie (Tom) Purdy, Mary Nugen, Doris (Dwayne) Lofton and Dennis (April) Brown; and sister-in-law: Grace Brown.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Sam Brown.
