Robert "Bob" L. Byers' Obituary
Robert L. Byers, 74, of Clinton passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at his home in Clinton.
Memorial Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 27, 2024 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory.
Robert Louis Byers was born November 17, 1949 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Jack and Marion Byers. He was a 1968 graduate of Clinton High School. He married Sandy Byers on June 6, 1970; she preceded him in death on January 6, 2023.
Bob worked as a sheet metal worker for Air Control and for Schebler. He enjoyed spending time on the river fishing and he will be remembered for being a funny man.
He is survived by his son Robby Byers of Clinton.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Sandy.
Memorials may be made to the Kings Harvest Pet Rescue.
