Randy L. Hale's Obituary
Randy L. Hale, 62, of Low Moor, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at his home.
A Celebration of his life will be Thursday, November 5, 2020 at the Clinton AMVETS Club from 4:00-8:00pm. A private family burial will be at the Rock Island National Cemetery.
Randy Lee Hale was born on January 31, 1958 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of John and Velora (Wilms) Hale. He served honorably in the United States Navy.
Randy was a truck driver for Sycamore Creek and Mervine Trucking. He also was the plant manager of Darling International for 16 years.
Randy enjoyed driving truck and motorcycles. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and Dale Earnhardt fan. He was also a lifetime member of the Clinton AMVETS.
Randy is survived by his children: Shawn (Wendy) Hale of Wallops Island, Virginia, Becky (Chad Anderson) Hale of Camanche, Joe (Jen Thompson) Hale of Clinton, Carrie (Chris) Thomas of Clinton, and Kayla (Ryan Charleson) Rowson of Sabula; eight grandchildren; his significant other: Jan Huling of Low Moor; his siblings: Shirley Kennedy of Clinton, Johnny Hale of Muscatine, Rick (Nancy) Hale of Clinton, and Keith Hale of San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Leon Hale and his wife Janelle, and brother-in-law: Larry Kennedy.
Memorials can be made to Genesis Hospice or the AMVETS.
