Polly Kay York, 72, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Genesis East, Davenport. In place of a visitation a graduation celebration will be held at LeClaire Baptist Church, LeClaire, Iowa at noon Sunday, December 17, 2023. Private burial will be at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Camanche, IA. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting snellzornig.com.
Polly was born March 10, 1951 in Pickstown, SD, the daughter of Lloyd and Viola (Dean) Hodge. Polly was a homemaker. She was an avid painter, beader, crafter, seamstress and reader. She also loved getting dirty in the garden and flower bed.
Survivors include her daughter Alicia York of Davenport, IA; sister, Lloya (Richard) Lehnert of Tennessee and brothers, Lyle (Deborah) Hodge of Texas; Wayne (Susan) Hodge of LeClaire, IA and Mark (Jean) Hadge of California.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
