What a great man! I remember when he and Arlene would come into Homer's Deli for lunch. Phil would always get a sweet treat from the bakery and Arlene would get a little sandwich. Such nice people, They truly will be missed.

Phillip would see me and ask if we were having bingo today. He always had a smile on his face and spoke to people entering or leaving the facility. He was very proud of the pictures on his wall and told me about each one. We will all miss him. My thoughts and prayers to his family. RIP Phillip till we meet again!!!! I have so many fond memories of Phillip. He was always so caring and loving to me and my children. He was always excited to see us. I remember when I was a kid we were at the mall in Dubuque at the music store. He said he would buy me any cassette tape I wanted. I chose Boy George, of course! I always remember how kind that gesture was. He just wanted me to be a happy preteen! God bless you Phillip, we love u and u will be missed dearly!
