What a great man! I remember when he and Arlene would come into Homer's Deli for lunch. Phil would always get a sweet treat from the bakery and Arlene would get a little sandwich. Such nice people, They truly will be missed.

Phillip would see me and ask if we were having bingo today. He always had a smile on his face and spoke to people entering or leaving the facility. He was very proud of the pictures on his wall and told me about each one. We will all miss him. My thoughts and prayers to his family. RIP Phillip till we meet again!!!! Julie, Activities, Crestview.
I remember Phil at Eagles and later at Mercy Living center north where he lived with his wife while she was there. They were so in love. Fellow Eagle worker Sue Bigwood
I enjoyed talking with Phillip. He would see me in the hall and ask if we were having Bingo today. He always had a smile on his face and spoke to people leaving or entering Crestview. Will really miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Julie, Activities.
I have so many fond memories of Phillip. He was always so caring and loving to me and my children. He was always excited to see us. I remember when I was a kid we were at the mall in Dubuque at the music store. He said he would buy me any cassette tape I wanted. I chose Boy George, of course! I always remember how kind that gesture was. He just wanted me to be a happy preteen! God bless you Phillip, we love u and u will be missed dearly!

Dearest Stan, Rod and families,
Please know our hearts and love are with you. We are so sorry to have lost our wonderful Phil. We are here for all of you when you need us.
Sincere condolences,
Frannie and Darrell Newsom
