Rest now Phil, your work is done.
I'm sorry you didn't have more time but you filled the years you had with love and laughter and that's the recipe for a life worth living.
Phil would have never guessed how many lives he touched in a positive way because Phil was humble and reserved, he would have guessed his legacy would be his many billiards championships, but no, it's the people he met playing, and the people he worked with as well that feel like they won for knowing him.
I'll miss Phil, we all will.

Very sorry for your loss. My condolences to the entire Fuglsang family. He was the best man in my wedding (1988), so I thought I'd share these few treasures from then. Rest In Peace Phil. -Teresa Decker
Tomorrow I'll say goodbye,
But it won't be the end, its only until we meet again.
Your love will flow through our kids and our grandkids.
Your memories are always going to be cherish and remembered.
The love will never die, it will burn forever and ever.

First I want to express my condolences to Ivy, Jennifer, the kids and all the family. Love you all! Big hugs 🫂
Oh Flip… So many fun memories as kids, playing in the dirt, riding bikes, playing games while our parents played cards. Trying to get you to play Barbie’s… lol. Oh and going out in our teen days, cruising around, maybe drinking some soda 😉 and spinning in circles on a snowy night, ending in the ditch and making sure our parents never knew. The time Uncle Alan was going to shoot the neighbors dogs cause they came after us, I remember being froze in place but we made it. I feel like I could go on and on. You are already so missed, you and your family made such a great impact on my life. I will always remember your smile (dad would say it was a shit eating grin) 😁 Oh and your big hugs we all know you for that and Michael has already taken that part of you on, I notice it every time I see him. Love you always! Until we meet again. ❤️
Phil was one of the nicest people I have ever known. He always had a big smile and a hug for everyone. I met him while playing pool along with lots of his family. If he saw Jen and I talking he would apier from no ware and say don't you be bothering my little sister showing his great smile. I will miss him dearly. My deepest sympathy to all of his family. The world has lost a great person
