Pauline Dithmart's Obituary
Pauline M. Dithmart, 81, of Clinton died Saturday, September 17, 2011 at her home. Private funeral services will be held Friday, September 23, 2011 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Nathan and Justin Rader and Jason, Jeffrey, Jadd and Mike Dithmart. Pauline M. Fredericksen was born on November 23, 1929 in Clinton, the daughter of Raymond and Myrtle (Stringham) Fredericksen. She was a 1947 Clinton High School graduate. She married Dale R. Dithmart on July 21, 1947 in Camanche; he died on July 14, 2000. Pauline was a homemaker and had been employed at Burpee Seed, the Clinton Garment Factory and Collis Company for many years. She was a member of the Eagle's Club. She is survived by one daughter: Diane Lynn Dithmart of Peoria, AZ; two sons: Michael Dennis Dithmart of Muscatine and Larry Dale Dithmart of Milan, IL; 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and two brothers: Raymond Fredericksen of Fulton, IL and Kenneth "Pete" (Juanita) Fredericksen of Fulton, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, Joan Hackett.
