Patrick D. King's Obituary
Patrick D. King, 64, of Clinton, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at his home.
Services will be 2:00pm, Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Visitation will be from 1:00pm to the service time at the funeral home. Following the services his body will be cremated. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Bill Rickerl, Tom Rickerl, Buddy Wedge, Gary McDermott, Everett Koehler, and Joey Krangle.
Patrick King was born on October 16, 1950 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Donald and Lucille (Jost) King. He was a 1969 graduate of Clinton High School. He also attended Northwest Community College in Fort Dodge, Illinois Central in East Pekin, and Blackhawk Community College in East Moline.
Patrick was self-employed in the construction and retail sales his entire life.
Patrick was a member of Prince of Peace Parish.
Patrick is survived by his children: Aaron of Clinton, Nichole of California and Patrick of California; his mother: Lucille Petersen of Clinton; and three brothers: Richard (Swade) Byam of Clinton, Dan Byam of Clinton, and Dave Byam of Clinton.
He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, and a grandson.
